Membership Meetings 

Next Event

CCML Membership Meetings are held in September, November, February and April each year. Meetings include a program on a health care topic, networking opportunities, and a discussion of council business. Past topics include evidence-based medicine, medical information systems, and trends in health care marketing.

Professional Development

CCML offers and continuing education courses, workshops, and webinars throughout the year, often in cooperation with other library associations. Recent topics include e-books, electronic health records, and library advocacy.

Networking

CCML provides frequent opportunities for meeting and working with other librarians.

    “This exhibit features hand-written responses from patients being seen in the [University of Colorado Hospital] Emergency Department. The student project is about humanism in medicine, and the patients’ responses were eye-opening.” We will take a 5-minute walk across the street to the Fulginiti Pavilion for Bioethics and Humanities. There will be time to view the exhibit on our own, then we will hear from Dr. Tess Jones, one of the project’s faculty sponsors.
